A month has passed since the closing on the property at 710 Odgen St. Elizabeth, New Jersey. I just had to make the time to write you a letter informing you of how pleased I was with your service. Within three days after the listing, you reported that you had a prospective buyer for my rental property. You were confident that the buyer would be able to obtain mortgage commitment, and further assured me that "all was fine". As the proceedings occured, I was pleased with your negotiations with the buyer and felt that I obtained a "fair and equitable price" for the property. Your knowledge of the community and what the market would bear was invaluable.
We finally closed on June 30, 1999. While the closing was delayed approximately one month, primarily because of the lack of responsiveness from the buyer's attourney, you worked very hard to obtain cooperation of all parties.
Moreover, your agency was prompt, courteous, and efficient in handling the many details of the closing. You obtained the Certificate of Occupancy and arranged for the inspections of the property. The certificate was successfully obtained in a relatively short period of time. My telephone calls were always returned and my questions were always answered. You, as well as your staff, made a conscious effort to keep me abreast of the status of the sale of the property.
Please know that I intend to recommend your real estate agency without any reservations to my friends and associates. Your service was superior even during the difficult moments when we did not have the cooperation of all concerned parties such as the uncooperative tenants living at the property.
